Mental Health Therapist

Annalise was born and raised in San Diego, residing in El Cajon. Annalise attended California State University San Marcos for her undergraduate and graduate degrees. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology then earned her Masters of Social Work. During her graduate studies, she was an intern with GUHSD for El Cajon Valley High School and at a short-term residential treatment (START) center for adults. At ECVHS she focused on addressing food insecurity by helping foster and grow the school’s community garden and food pantry.

After receiving her MSW Annalise continued to work with adults experiencing mental health crises, expanding her knowledge on mental health advocacy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. Annalise is passionate about creating a positive and supportive environment for students that promotes the opportunity for growth.

Outside of work, Annalise enjoys hiking, bike riding, roller skating, reading, and spending time with her family, friends, and two dogs.
