Rachel is a dedicated mental health professional with a passion for supporting children and adolescents in school-based settings. Originally from Murrieta, CA, she moved to San Diego to pursue her education and career in psychology. She earned her A.A. in Psychology from Grossmont Community College, her B.A. in Psychology from San Diego State University, and her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University Worldwide.
Rachel has experience providing individual and group therapy to K–12 students, utilizing a variety of evidence-based approaches tailored to each student’s needs. She is especially passionate about creating inclusive, affirming spaces and is a strong advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community.
Coming from a family of educators, Rachel was inspired to blend her love for mental health with a drive to teach and empower others. Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, and deeply rooted in a belief that every student deserves to be seen, heard, and supported.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time at the beach, exploring San Diego’s vibrant culture, and being with her family and friends.
