To Our Students Past and Future,

Thank you. Thank you for showing up, for having the courage to share your thoughts, and for your trust. Every step we take, we remember your stories. Know that each interaction has shaped who we are at Mending Matters and that you made a difference. Each time you showed up, whether to a program or a therapist’s office, you taught us something. We hope you know that we listened. We took the feedback seriously. If you notice us forgetting why we do this work, let us know! Your voices are our guides. You are the reason Mending Matters exists—and we want every space and every program to reflect that. We can’t promise you an easy journey but we can promise to pay attention.
