Mental Health Therapist

Aisling (she/her) was raised in St. Louis, Missouri and lived in Dublin, Ireland and Boston before settling in San Diego. During her undergraduate years at Trinity College, Aisling majored in psychology. Following college, she worked for a non-profit City Year, providing tutoring and mentoring support to high school students in Kansas City. Her time with City Year ignited her passion for working with youth and schools as supportive communities. Inspired by her students and fellow staff members in Kansas City, Aisling went to Boston College to earn her Master’s Degree in Social Work. During her time there, she interned at a middle school before moving to San Diego where she interned with an organization supporting asylum-seeking families.

Aisling is passionate about centering youth voices. She believes in creating safety and trust through the therapeutic relationship, so that students feel empowered to be vulnerable and authentic.

In her free time, Aisling enjoys trying all the delicious food San Diego has to offer, going to the beach, and watching soccer & Formula 1.
