Mental Health Therapist

Bailey was born in San Diego, CA and has lived there for the majority of her life. She completed undergrad in Tucson, Arizona at the University of Arizona where she obtained a degree in Psychology, and later moved back to San Diego to work in the field. During this time, Bailey gained experience working at a non-profit organization with families experiencing separation and divorce and volunteered with the Pet-Assisted Therapy program with the San Diego Humane Society. Bailey decided to pursue a Master’s Degree in Social Work with a Pupil Personnel Services Credential at San Diego State University to gain further clinical experience with an emphasis in the school-setting. During graduate school, Bailey gained experience providing case management, individual and group therapy to youth both in the school setting and medical setting. After graduate school, Bailey worked in a clinic setting, conducting behavioral health assessments and providing individual therapy to youth. Throughout these experiences, she has gained experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, as well as many other challenges, situations, and circumstances.

Bailey is very passionate about providing mental health services to youth and their families, and she plans to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. During her free time, she likes to be outside in nature, interact with animals, take photographs, travel, and spend time with family and friends.
