Mental Health Therapist

Neqina was born and raised in Columbus, OH where she attended The Ohio State University for her undergraduate and master’s degree in Social Work. After completing her undergraduate degree, Neqina worked in the field providing community and school-based mental health services. During this time, she was able to gain experience working with children/adolescents that were experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD and other related concerns. After working in the field for a few years, Neqina decided to pursue her master’s degree to be able to expand her clinical experience.

Neqina is passionate about continuing to provide mental health services to youth and growing as a clinician. Neqina currently holds her LSW in Ohio and plans to eventually become independently licensed.

During her free time, she enjoys weightlifting, going on walks with her dog and continuing to explore San Diego.
